What is Vastu Rule for Factory?
1) The premises of your factory should be quadrilateral or right angle or square.
2) It is necessary to have a border or compound wall around your factory.
3) The main door of your factory should be in the East or North direction.
4) The exit route of your factory should be towards the West or North direction.
5) Boiler, electric motor, generator, transformer, etc. inside your factory, all the tools used to manufacture electronic items should be placed in the direction of the fire angle.
6) In the factory, there should be an arrangement for storing water in the East direction and dance direction or arrangement of a water fountain should be made.
7) Some part should be left open in the east direction, north direction and North-East direction of the factory.
8) There should be arrangement in South West direction i.e. North East direction for building a store house or for building a warehouse inside a factory.
9) If you have made arrangements to make more than one toilet, then only the West direction is considered suitable.
Raw material or raw material for production should be kept in the North direction and it is beneficial to keep the finished goods in the West direction.
10) Some Vastu Shastris also say that you should keep the ready made goods in the North-West direction so that all those goods are sold very quickly due to the effect of air elements.
11) The principal office in the factory or in the factory i.e. your office and your residence should not be together.
12) If there is a provision to make room for the employee in your factory, then it should remain in the North-East direction only if necessary, but it is completely prohibited to make it in the south direction.
13) If the main office is to be made in your factory, then the office or room of the owner or the industrialist should be in the South- West direction only.
14) It must be kept in mind that the industrialist or the owner of the factory should get busy in his work by keeping his main office in the South direction and facing East or North.
15) The factory should have a maximum number of windows towards East and North.
16) For the main work of construction of the factory, it should be in quadrangle or right angle shape and its land work or construction work should be started only and only from south direction.
17) In the Vastu of the factory, construction should be done only in one fourth of the total area of the plot, the rest should be given space.
18) It is necessary in the factory’s vastu if you get some area left in the south west- i.e lying vacant, then big trees and plants can be planted in that area.
19) Any big trees and plants should never be planted in the north or east direction because due to the shadow of that tree and plant, Vastu dosha increases in excess, and business declines.
20) If machinery work is to be done in the Vastu of the factory now, then arrangements should be made in such a way that while doing that machinery work, your employees should face North.
21) Where color is discussed in the Vastu of the factory, the industrialist should apply blue color, white color, sky blue color from the outside of the factory, this creates pure and auspicious energy in that Vastu.
21) It is considered beneficial that the height of the factory building should be as high as possible.
In the Vasthu Plan of the factory, it is considered beneficial to have thick and high as far as possible towards the South.

यदि आप अपने कारखाने का वास्तु संबंध बनाने का विचार कर रहे हैं तो नीचे बताए गए सिद्धांतों का आपको पूर्ण रूप से पालन करना चाहिए।
आपके कारखाने का परिसर चतुष्कोण या समकोण या वर्गाकार होना चाहिए।
२) आपके कारखाने के चारों ओर एक बॉर्डर (border) या चारदीवारी (compound wall)होना आवश्यक है।
३) आपके कारखाने का मुख्य द्वार (main door) पूर्व दिशा या उत्तर दिशा की ओर होना चाहिए।
४) आपके कारखाने से बाहर जाने का मार्ग पश्चिम दिशा या उत्तर दिशा की ओर होना चाहिए।
५) आपके कारखाने के अंदर बॉयलर, बिजली की मोटर जनरेटर ट्रांसफॉर्मर आदि इलेक्ट्रॉनिक की सभी वस्तु , ऊंचा निर्माण करने वाले जो औजार आदि सभी अग्नि कोण की दिशा में होने चाहिए।
६) कारखाने में पूर्व दिशा और नृत्य दिशा की ओर पानी का संचय करने की व्यवस्था होनी चाहिए या पानी के फव्वारे की व्यवस्था होनी चाहिए।
७) फैक्ट्री की पूर्व दिशा या उत्तर दिशा और ईशान दिशा में कुछ हिस्सा खुला छोड़ना चाहिए।
८) फैक्ट्री या कारखाने में गोदाम / स्टोर हाउस बनाने के लिए या वेयरहाउस बनाने के लिए दक्षिण-पश्चिम दिशा अर्थात नैरूत्य दिशा में व्यवस्था होनी चाहिए।
९) आपको एक से अधिक शौचालय बनाने की व्यवस्था करनी हो तो उपयुक्त दिशा केवल पश्चिम दिशा मानी गई है।
१०) प्रोडक्शन के लिए रॉ मटेरियल या कच्चा माल उत्तर दिशा में रखना चाहिए और तैयार किया हुआ माल पश्चिम दिशा में रखना लाभदायक होता है।
११) कुछ वास्तुशास्त्रियों का यह भी कहना है कि तैयार किया हुआ माल आपको वायव्य दिशा में रखना चाहिए जिससे कि वायु का सहयोग/ प्रभाव होने से वह सारा माल बहुत ही जल्दी बिक जाता है।
How to design a house with Vasthu Plan for Factory?
१२) फैक्ट्री में या कारखाने में प्रमुख कार्यालय अर्थात आपके ऑफिस और आप का निवास स्थान एक साथ नहीं होना चाहिए।
१३) यदि आपके कारखाने में कर्मचारी का एक कमरा बनाने की व्यवस्था हो तो आवश्यकता होने पर उसे उत्तर पूरब दिशा की ओर ही रहना चाहिए परंतु दक्षिण दिशा में बनाने का पूर्ण रूप से निषेध है।
१४) आपके फैक्ट्री में यदि प्रमुख कार्यालय बनाना हो तो मालिक को या उद्योगपति का जो कार्यालय या कमरा है वह नैरूत्य दिशा में ही होना चाहिए।
१५) इसका अवश्य ध्यान रखना चाहिए कि उद्योगपति या फैक्ट्री के मालिक को नैरूत्य दिशा में अपना प्रमुख कार्यालय रखने पर मुख की दिशा पूर्व या उत्तर की ओर करके अपने कार्य में व्यस्त हो जाए।
१६) फैक्ट्री में पूर्व और उत्तर दिशा की ओर अधिक से अधिक खिड़कियां होनी चाहिए।
१७) फैक्ट्री के निर्माण का मुख्य कार्य के लिए, चतुष्कोण या समकोण आकार में होना चाहिए और उसका भूमि कार्य या निर्माण कार्य केवल और केवल नैरूत्य दिशा से शुरू करना चाहिए।
१८) फैक्ट्री के वास्तु में प्लॉट के कुल क्षेत्रफल से केवल एक चौथाई हिस्से में ही बांधकाम किया जाना चाहिए बाकी की जगह देनी चाहिए।
१९) फैक्ट्री के वास्तु में यह जरूरी है यदि आपको दक्षिण-पश्चिम में कुछ क्षेत्र खाली मिलता हो, तो उस क्षेत्र में बड़े पेड़ और पौधे लगाए जा सकते हैं।
ऐसे बड़े पेड़ और पौधे उत्तर दिशा या पूर्व दिशा की ओर कभी नहीं लगाना चाहिए क्योंकि इससे उस पेड़ और पौधे की छाया से वास्तु दोष अधिक मात्रा में बढ़ने से व्यापार में अधोगति होती है।
२०)फैक्ट्री के वास्तु में अगर मशीनरी का कार्य करना हो तो व्यवस्था इस प्रकार से करनी चाहिए कि आप के कर्मचारी का मुख मशीनरी कार्य करते समय उत्तर दिशा की ओर रहे।
२१) फैक्ट्री के वास्तु में जहां रंग की चर्चा होती है उस विषय में उद्योगपति को चाहिए फ्री के बाहर से नीला रंग, सफेद रंग, या आसमानी नीला रंग लगाना चाहिए इससे उस वास्तु में पवित्र और शुभकारी ऊर्जा उत्पन्न होती है।
२१) कारखाने की वास्तु की ऊंचाई जितनी बन सकती हो उतनी ऊंची होनी लाभदायक माना गया है।
कारखाने की वास्तु में दक्षिण दिशा की ओर जहां तक हो सके मोटी और ऊंची होनी लाभकारी माना गया है।
