The size of the bedroom should be between 10 x 12 feet and 14 x 16 feet. The height should be between 9 and 12 feet. However, the ideal height is considered to be 10 feet. There should be a provision for a wardrobe, which should have a depth of up to 22 inches.

For overall stability and smooth functioning of the family, the South-West zone is best suited for the head of the family or the primary decision-maker.
