1. A well, hand pump or water tank in the house or outside the house is always auspicious in the north-east corner. This strengthens the family of the house owner.

Many times it happens that the water of the well dries up after some time and many times even after digging more, the water comes out and disappears immediately. 

There is a remedy for this problem in our ancient manuscripts that on the day of Pushpa or Adra Nakshatra, bring seven white pebbles. 

After chanting Varun Mantras, throw them in the well. Before this, after offering sacrifice to Varun, worship a nail made of Banyan or Betas wood with fragrance, flowers, incense and lamp and bury it in the vein of the water body, then water will appear in the well.
